perfect location and friendly staff
prime location kind staff
the location suited my needs perfectly. galataport is about a 10-minute walk. the galata tower is also around 10 minutes away. the tram station is about a 4-5 minute walk. the reception staff were very kind.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. some furniture, especially in the bathroom, had a rather used look. it could use a refresh.

friendly staff convenient location excellent bed daily service
the staff were friendly! the location is very convenient, very close to tophane tram station. it's easy to reach karakoy and fatih. the cleaning service was daily and the bed is excellent.
The lift is quite small. It barely fits luggage
